The Presidency is committed to the constitutional right of access to information, in accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), 2000 (Act No. 2 of 2000).
PAIA Manual
The PAIA Manual sets out the procedures to be followed when requesting access to records held by the Presidency, in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act No. 2 of 2000).
